Methods for making fuel oil:

1. Mix methanol with fuel oil additives. You could mix them at any proportion, such as 50% methanol vs 50% fuel oil additives. 

2. Only use fuel oil additives as fuel.

3. Mix methanol with fuel oil additives and diesel. Pls ensure that the proportion of fuel oil additives should be 25%. Then you could add methanol and diesel at any proportion. For example: you could mix with 25% fuel oil additives, 60% methanol and 15% diesel.
